Relax Play Thrive

When Dr. Anuja approached us for her book launch, she wanted a video that captured the interactive and playful nature of Relax, Play, Thrive. Unlike traditional self-help books, hers is filled with puzzles and activities — so it was important to highlight that uniqueness.
We used stop-motion photography to make the puzzles come alive, instantly showcasing the book’s engaging format. The rest of the video focused on Dr. Anuja’s journey and the value she offers to her audience, positioning the book as a tool to help people relax, play, and thrive.
The result was a video that combined creativity with storytelling, bringing both the author and her book’s purpose to life.
